At Alamo Music Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully repackage your item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
